	Falcon Inflatables uses only the highest quality materials, and latest technologies to fabricate a world-class range of semi rigid inflatable boats. Strict quality control measures are in place to ensure that every Falcon is produced to the exact design specifications. With over 25 years in manufacturing, we are can confidently offer a full 5 year warranty.
	Tube warranty
	The tube, including fabric, valves and seams, is warranted against premature deterioration or air loss in excess of the prescriptions of ISO6185-3 worldwide standards. The following is excluded: discolouration, puncture, fading, tearing, ripping, cracking, abrasion, negligence, accident, unauthorized modifications, under-inflated operation, improper inflating techniques and normal wear and tear. Defective tube replaced will be free of charge at the Falcon Factory for the first 3 years, thereafter replacement will be subsidized in the following manner:         Year 3-4 - 30% discount         Year 4-5 - 20% discount         Year 5 - 10% discount
	Hull warranty
	The hull deck and transom are warranted against structural defects. The following is excluded: Normal wear and tear, surface finish, accident, negligence, racing, use in an inappropriate application (other than what the boat was designed for) or operating with an outboard motor exceeding the maximum indicated on the serial plate.
	General
	Transit and consequential costs are excluded. The warranty covers repair or replacement of parts, and does not constitute full replacement. No claims or bills will be entertained without prior written approval from Falcon Inflatables (Pty) Ltd.
	Exported boats
	In the event of exported boats, Falcon will supply replacement parts free of charge ex factory, and may cover pre-set labour hours (if replacement is performed by an approved agent or third party) at prevailing local (South African) labour rates.
	Commercial use
	The above warranty remains valid for commercial use, but the following will additionally be excluded: Premature deterioration as a result of excessive UV-exposure, abnormal abrasion or wear and tear as a result of excessive rough use, and improper maintenance or repairs.
